Cooking Directions 

Mix ½ cup of water with 1 cup of Aachi Masala Vada mix. Add 1 no. of chopped onion, 1″chopped ginger and 1 sprig of curry leaves. Mix well and keep aside for 10 min. Make small balls and then flatten it. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the flat shaped vada on simmer. Fry vada until it turns to golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
