Cooking Directions:
Step 1  : Take 100g of (1cup) of Aachi Ragi Dosa mix and add 160ml (1 and ½cup) of water.
Step 2: Â Allow the batter to stand for 2 min.
Step 3 Â : Heat the dosa tava and pour one ladle of batter on the dosa tava and pour 1 tsp of oil and roast both sides on medium flame.
Step 4 Â : Serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
