How to cook
1. Add 1 cup of MTR Basundi Mix to 5 cups of milk in a pan (kadai) and stir well to remove lumps.
2. Stir continuously. Bring to a boiling stage.
3. For Basundi: Simmer for 5 mins.
Note: For Rabdi, simmer for an additional 5 mins.
4. Cool the mixture. Serve chilled.
‘Cup’ can be replaced with a container of your choice.
