How to cook
Soak dry chick peas overnight and pressure cook till soft.
Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
Heat three table spoon oil in a pan.
Add tomato puree or chopped tomates and cook for 2-3 min. Add spice mix paste and put for 2-3 minutes.
Add pressure cook chick peas, 11/2 cups of water and cook further for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish and serve hot with bhatura or naan.
