How to cook

Prepare paste after frying onions, green chillies and tomatoes and keep aside.

Take oil seasoned with mustard seeds, split urad dal and curry leaves.

Add small onions to fry till slightly brown.

Add tomatoes, vegetables, ground paste and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add tamarind juice, cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

Add 1 ½ tbsp of MTR Kulambu Masala, and then water, cook for 4-5 minutes.

Garnish with curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
