How to cook

Idli vessel or cooker:

Mix 1 measure of MTR Masala Idli Mix with 1 measure of sour curd.

After one minute, add 2 tbsp each of cut and parboiled carrots, cabbage, beans and 1 tbsp of fresh corn to the batter if desired.

Add 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves to the batter.

Steam the batter in an Idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.

OR

Use microwave oven and steam the Idlis for 3 minutes in a microwave safe vessel.
