How to cook
Mix the entire pack of spice mix with the 11/2 cups of milk to make a paste.
Heat 2 tbspns oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins on a medium flame.
Add spice mix paste and cook till oil separates.
Add boiled palak puree , paneer cubes, 2 tbspns butter and cook for 2-3 min.
Garnish with grated paneer.
Serve Hot with roti or rice.
