How to cook
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water & ½ cup sour curd to form batter.
- Keep aside for 5 min.
- Steam batter in idli cooker or vessel for 10 min.
- Serve hot
- ‘Measure’ means a cup or container of your choice.
