How to cook

  1. Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water & ½ cup sour curd to form batter.
  2. Keep aside for 5 min.
  3. Steam batter in idli cooker or vessel for 10 min.
  4. Serve hot
  5. ‘Measure’ means a cup or container of your choice.
