How to cook
Soak 400g Basmati Rice for 30 minutes.
Heat 4 tbsp cooking oil or ghee in a pressure cooker.
Add 2 medium sized sliced onions and fry till golden brown, Add 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 4 numbers of slit green chillies and sauté till raw flavour disappears.
Add 2 medium sized sliced tomatoes and cook till pulpy. Then add 2 cups vegetables (carrots, potato, beans, cauliflower).
Add 4 tsp of Biryani Masala.
Add salt to taste, one cup of curd, 15 mint leaves, one tbsp of chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Add 800 ml of water.
Add rice and cook on high flame till 2 whistles.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
