How to cook

  1. Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water to form batter.
  2. Set aside for 10 mins.
  3. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, pepper and curry leaves to the batter.
  4. Place 1 tbsp of batter on slightly wet palm & make donut shapes.
  5. Deep fry in heated oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
