- 500g chicken or mutton
- 2 tablespoons Aachi Dindigul Biryani Masala
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
How to Cook with Aachi Dindigul Biryani Masala
- Sauté the Onions
Heat oil or ghee in a large pot. Add the sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
